I wasn't sure where this phrase came from, but I felt the strongest urge to use it today.
"piss or get off the pot"
As it turns out, it's absolutely fitting for how I feel today.

It is also used to urge someone to complete a task with a greater degree of efficiency or timeliness than is observed at the time the expression is used."
